Collier's is a locally owned and operated demolition and junk removal company serving Fort Wayne, Indiana and the surrounding communities. Owner Jake started it with a straightforward goal: give people one call for tearing something down and getting it hauled off, done fast and priced fair.
We tear down garages, sheds, decks, fences, hot tubs, swimming pools and full interiors, then load up every bit of the debris and take it with us. We still do everything we started with too, from a single-item pickup to a full house or garage cleanout. Whatever the job, we show up on time, do the heavy lifting, and leave the space clean.

It depends on the structure and where the property sits. Some tear-downs need one and some do not. We will tell you what we know at the walk-through and point you to who to call so nothing stalls mid-project.
Anything suspect has to be tested and handled by a licensed abatement contractor before demolition starts. We will flag anything questionable at the walk-through rather than work around it.
Small jobs can often happen same day or next day. Larger tear-downs get scheduled around utility disconnects and however many trailer loads the job will take. Call or text and we will give you our earliest opening.
No. The walk-through and the estimate are both free, with no obligation. We will look at what is coming down and give you an honest price.
Yes. We still haul junk, furniture, estate and house cleanouts, and construction debris. Demolition is where most of our work is now, and it is the same crew either way.
